Shipping
Free tracked delivery across the Netherlands and Europe on orders from €150. Orders are packed and sent within 1–3 working days; delivery usually takes 1–2 days in the Netherlands and 3–7 days elsewhere in Europe. You receive a tracking link by email.
Returns & withdrawal
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason (EU right of withdrawal). Email us first; send the sunglasses back unworn and in their original condition. We refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the return. Return shipping costs are for the customer.
Payment
Pay securely with iDEAL, Apple Pay or card. All prices are in euros and include VAT.
Care
Clean lenses with a soft microfibre cloth. Avoid leaving your sunglasses in a hot car or in direct sun for long periods. Store them in a soft pouch when not worn.
Questions
Is my colour in stock? Each pair shows exactly how many are left; sold-out colours cannot be added to your bag. Can I change my order? Email us as soon as possible and we will do our best before it ships.
