These terms apply to every order placed with A Better Èra, Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Prices are in euros and include VAT. A contract is formed once you receive our order confirmation by email.

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal after receiving your order. Products come with the legal guarantee under Dutch and EU law. Complaints can be sent to hello@abetterera.com.

We only collect what we need to process your order: name, address, email and payment status. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see your full card details.

Your data is shared only with our delivery partner, kept as long as legally required, and never sold. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time via hello@abetterera.com (GDPR).
